LeLOUP — A 55-year-old Overland Park woman called the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department Tuesday and reported that a fiberglass cow sculpture was stolen from a barn in the 3800 block of Utah Terrace southeast of LeLoup. The woman reported the sculpture belongs to John Teeter, Lenexa. The loss was estimated at $3,500.
