OTTAWA–It looks like Franklin County is sticking to its guns in making Ottawa pay half of the cost of running the 9-1-1 Call Center. The Ottawa City Commission during its study session went into executive session for 30 minutes. It adjourned immediately afterwards without taking action or making further comment.
