OTTAWA — Although there have been some early confirmed, it’s too early to tell if the flu season will be early, Franklin County Health director Midge Ransom said. However, she said the health department has been busy giving flu shots and conducting school vaccination clinics this past month. She said that people shouldn’t delay getting flu shots. Ransom reported on her department’s efforts during this morning’s county commission meeting.
