OTTAWA — The retrial for a Wellsville man charged with killing a motorcyclist in a drunk-driving accident in 2009 has been rescheduled for Feb. 3-7 in Franklin County District Court. Roger Shaw successfully appealed his conviction of involuntary manslaughter while driving under the influence of alcohol. The accident killed 21-year-old Aaron Kichler. A pre-trial hearing has been set for Jan. 10.
