WILLIAMSBURG — A 16-year-old Waverly girl was killed Sunday afternoon in a one-vehicle crash in the 1000 block of Douglas Road southeast of Williamsburg. Ruby Ann Rose Milliken was driving west on Douglas Road when her vehicle left the road and struck a tree shortly after 3:30 p.m., Sheriff Jeff Richards said. Milliken was pronounced dead at the scene, Richards said.
