OTTAWA–All kinds of programs are held at Ottawa Municipal Auditorium, but it’s not often the Ottawa City Commission holds a study session there. The City Commission took a tour, and Finance Director Scott Bird pointed out some recent repairs, and also noted an elevator needs to be installed to bring it up to federal disability standards.
