OTTAWA — A teenager received minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash Monday night at Seventh and Eisenhower. Bonnie Warner, 71, Lyndon; was driving a car east in the 2400 block of K-68 when she tried to turn left onto Eisenhower Road and failed to yield an SUV driven by Chaz Wright, 16, Quenemo; who was driving west on Seventh Street, the Franklin County Sheriff’s office said. A 14-year-old passenger in Warner’s car was injured. A report on the accident didn’t indicate if the teen was taken to a hospital.
