OTTAWA — Ottawa police said a 19-year-old Ottawa man has been ticketed in connection with an accident in which a car hit a house in the 600 block of South Oak Street early this morning. Russell Anderson left the car unattended and it rolled downhill and struck a home owned by Kathleen Martin, police said. Anderson was cited with leaving an unattended motor vehicle.
