CALDWELL — A moderate earthquake shook parts of south-central Kansas Monday morning. The U.S. Geological Survey said the magnitude 4.2 earthquake occurred near Caldwell, which is about 60 miles south of Wichita, near the Oklahoma border. The earthquake was felt as far north as El Dorado.
