OTTAWA — Franklin County EMS director Nick Robbins has graduated from the University of Kansas Public Management Center. He is one of 72 graduates from local, county, state, or federal government agencies, and utilities from across Kansas. KU said the program is designed to help students develop and strengthen their management skills, while improving their agencies and saving money.
