KANSAS CITY, Mo. — To celebrate National Blood Donor Month, the Community Blood center has arranged for a three-year-old boy and his family to meet and thank blood donors who saved his life. Jack Tracy of shawnee and his family will meet blood donors Friday morning at the Community Blood Center offices in Kansas City. Jack is battling acute myeloid leukemia and has needed more than 100 units of blood and platelets.
