OTTAWA — The Franklin County Shutterbugs will host an art show called “Nostri Preferiti” this month at the Carnegie Ccultural Center in Ottawa. The show features the work of Shutterbugs members. Nostri preferiti is Latin for “Our Favorites.” A public reception will be p.m. Friday at the Carnegie.
