OTTAWA — Despite their written objections, District Judge Thomas Sachse ordered two cell phone companies today to produce all the records sought by prosecutors in the murders of four people near Richter last year. Prosecutors have sought the cell phone records as they build their case against Kyle Flack, who is accused of killing Kaylie Bailey, Lana Bailey, Andrew Stout, and Steven White. Attorneys for the phone companies didn’t attend this morning’s hearing in Franklin County District Court nor were the companies identified. Sachse, prosecutors and flack’s attorneys agreed to hold another hearing on Feb. 13 concerning evidence in the case. That case will be closed to the public. At today’s hearing, Flack’s lead attorney Ron Evans hinted he may seek to have the trial moved from Franklin County.
