PAOLA — A Red Cross blood drive will be Wednesday afternoon from 2 to 7 at the Paola Middle School. The Red Cross said that coming out of the holidays and because of cold weather, blood levels are unusually low. To make an appointment to donate blood, call 1-800-RED-CROSS or go to the Web site redcrossblood.org. Walk-ins are welcome.
