OTTAWA — Hope House has reopened after been closed this morning because of a broken natural gas line in the 300 block of South Walnut Street. According to initial reports, a contractor punctured the underground line this morning, causing a leak. South-bound traffic was blocked at Third and Walnut and west-bound traffic was blocked at Third and Main. Utility crews arrived on the scene and were making repairs.
