LAWRENCE — The Lawrence Convention and Visitors Bureau will receive a $15,000 grant to help create a logo and documentary marketing Lawrence as the “Cradle of Basketball.” The Lawrence Convention and Visitors Bureau is one of six Kansas organizations that will receive grant money from the state.
