LECOMPTON — Wyandotte County historian and lecturer Ed Shutt will present “Free State Kansas: The Wyandotte Constitutional Convention” Sunday afternoon at 2 at Constitution Hall State Historic Site in Lecompton. His talk is the final presentation in the Bleeding Kansas series this month at Constitution Hall. Suggested donation is $3 for adults.
