OTTAWA — A preliminary hearing has been set for April 16 in Franklin County District Court for an Ottawa man accused of having sex with an underaged Ottawa teenager. Corey Schlotzhauer has been charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a minor, indecent liberties, and aggravated burglary in March 2012. Schlotzhauer found the body of 20-year-old Kaylie Bailey at the site a multiple murder last year north of Richter and investigators later found two victims at the site. Bailey’s baby daughter was found in Osage County later. Kyle Flack of Ottawa has been charged with all four murders.
