TOPEKA — The National Weather Service will conduct the annual storm spotter training class tonight at 7 at Celebration Hall at the Franklin county fairgrounds. The 90-minute will focus on severe storm safety, preparedness, and awareness; as well as storm structure and accurately identifying important cloud features of super-cell and squall-line thunderstorms. The class is free and open to the public.
