OTTAWA — The multiple murder case of Kyle Flack has been assigned to a new judge. Chief District Judge Phillip Fromme has reassigned the case, which had been handled by Judge Thomas Sachse, to Judge Eric Godderz. Flack is due in Franklin County District Court April 22 for an arraignment, when he’ll be asked to make a plea to charges in the connection with murders of four people near Richter last year. Flack is accused of the shotgun-slayings of Kailie Bailey, her baby daughter Lana-Leigh Bailey, Andrew Stout and Steven White. If convicted, Flack could face the death penalty.
