OTTAWA — Franklin County commissioners certified the final results of the Pomona City Council election Monday morning. County Clerk Janet Paddock said the canvass didn’t affect the outcome of the race. Three incumbents, Dan Keith, Richard Adler and Rick Smith were re-elected to two-year terms. It was the only spring election of the year in Franklin County.
