OTTAWA – The Franklin County Sheriff’s office is investigating three theft reports it received over the last couple of days. On Sunday, a 49-year-old Oklahoma woman reported someone entered her property on the west side of the Williamsburg ball fields and stole a green 1990s Kawasaki Mule. The loss was estimated at $18,000. Also Sunday, a 37-year-old Wellsville man reported a burglary that occurred in the 3300 block of Shawnee Road west of LeLoup. The loss was estimated at $2,550. Monday, a 47-year-old Pomona woman reported burglars stole a hot water heater and a child’s bicycle from a vacant residence in the 4200 block of Arkansas Road west of Appanoose.
