OTTAWA — A semi-truck rolled over at the entrance of Love’s Travel Center south of Ottawa Tuesday morning, limiting access to the truck stop several hours. Norman Merritt, 43, Kansas City, Kan., tried to turn into Love’s from U.S. 59 and his truck rolled over onto its side, Ottawa police said. The load inside the trailer shifted, causing it to overturn, police said. Merritt wasn’t injured.
