RICHTER — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said David Sparks, 29, Bountiful, Utah; was booked for criminal damage to property in connection with a domestic dispute in the 3200 block of Georgia Road near Richter Thursday night. The sheriff’s department says someone drove a vehicle into the vehicle of a 45-year-old Pomona woman during the dispute.
