OTTAWA — A 29-year-old man from Utah reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s office that he paid a 22-year-old Ottawa man to fix some vehicles he had in Ottawa. Instead, he says the Ottawa man was selling parts from his vehicles. Officers were investigating.
