OSAGE CITY — The final public design workshop on the development of the Flint Hills Nature Trail will be 5-7:30 p.m. Monday at the Osage City Community Building. The Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks, and Tourism and the Kanza Rails to Trails Conservancy have held a series of the workshops to get input on the trail, which is along an abandoned Missouri Pacific right of way that extends 117 miles between Osawatomie and Herington. No formal presentation is planned. The public can show up at any time on a come-and-to basis.
