New Ottawa mayor sworn in

OTTAWA–During reorganization, the Ottawa City Commission selected Linda Reed as the new Mayor.  Mike Skidmore is the Mayor Pro Tem.  The reorganization occurs in April of each year. The position is largely ceremonial.
