ANTIOCH — A single-engine airplane made an emergency landing in Miami County about five miles south of New Century Airport Tuesday afternoon. The plane was discovered near Antioch west of Gardner Road on 223rd Street. The pilot reported mechanical problems but was able to land the plane safely. The pilot received minor injuries.
