OTTAWA–Who would ever believe that 91 percent of teenagers are using seat belts? Yet that is the reality at Ottawa High School. A ceremony was held at the high school as part of the achievement. Seat belt use is part of “SAFE” which stands for “Seat Belts Are For Everyone.”
