A 65-year-old Wellsville woman reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office last night that her black schnauzer was missing from the 4100 block of Reno Road southeast of Leloup.
She told a deputy she was sure the trash men stole her dog. 5:25pm Thursday May 8
