OTTAWA — An Ottawa man caused a three car collision when he ran a red light yesterday evening. Authorities say 35-year-old Blas Hernandez-Galicia failed to yield to a traffic signal at 15th and Main in Ottawa and struck the vehicle driven by 25-year-old Lacey Wray, also from Ottawa. Wray’s vehicle then slammed into the vehicle of 76-year-old Robert Davis of Ople. Hernandez-Galicia was cited for disobeying a traffic signal and driving without a license.
