OTTAWA — A man who was described as “unruly,” and who had to be fished out of the lake at Great Life Golf and Fitness Center Wednesday afternoon by Ottawa police and emergency personnel has been charged in connection with the incident. Kyle Reeves, 18, Ottawa; has been charged with disorderly conduct. Reeves jumped into the water on his own accord and refused to leave, Ottawa Police Chief Dennis Butler said. Butler described Reeves’ behavior as bizarre and unpredictable, leading to question his mental health status. He got a new location to stand – the Franklin County jail.
