OTTAWA–For at least a decade, the city of Ottawa has been trying to sell the old city hall building. It looks at last that pay dirt has been struck. A couple from Baldwin has offered $50,000 for the building, and the city commission is expected to approve the sale at the next regular city commission meeting.
