OTTAWA — A 49-year-old Ottawa man has been booked into the Franklin County jail in connection with last week’s explosion and fire in a house in the 900 block of North Oak in Ottawa. Jason Graves was booked into the jail on suspicion of arson and possession of explosives following an investigation by the Kansas Fire Marshal’s office, Ottawa Fire Department and Police Department.
