OTTAWA — The brass will wear the hats for Tuesday night’s Ottawa City Band concert at City Park at 7:30 p.m. Among the selections, “A Trumpeter’s Lullaby” and “Bugler’s Holiday,” both by Leroy Anderson; “The Trombone Rag” and “Them Basses.” The concert is free and open to the public.
