A 45-year-old Quenemo woman who was reported missing last night has been safely located. Judy Lamberd was last see in her home at 308 S. 4th St. Lamberd went out to feed her animals around eight last night and wasn’t seen again until this morning. A passing motorist found Lamberd lying under a tree on the side of the road at 2200 Alabama Terrace in Franklin County. The Osage County Sheriff’s office said in a media release that Lamberd was in need of medication when she went missing.
