OTTAWA–The Ottawa City Commission and Franklin County Commission held a summit at Neosho County Community College. City Commissioner Linda Reed noted that one problem is lack of knowledge of what the other entity does. Reed says she doesn’t know half of what Franklin County does, and each local government entity coming to understand each other better can only lead to better local government.
