OTTAWA — A 49-year-old Ottawa man will be back in court in connection with an explosion and fire in a house in the 900 block of North Oak in Ottawa in late May. Jason Graves has been charged with arson and two counts of possession of explosives. His preliminary hearing will be July 16 in Franklin County District Court. He remains in jail.
