POMONA — A 78-year-old Pomona man reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s office that his car parked in the 400 block of Monroe Street in Pomona had been damaged and appeared to be the target of a break-in attempt early Sunday morning. The man told officers he knew the suspect. Officers picked up Jason Hutchison, 34, Quenemo. He was booked into the Franklin County jail on suspicion of burglary, criminal damage to property, pedestrian under the influence, possession of marijuana, and trespassing.
