OTTAWA, KS – The school resource officer at Ottawa High School made four arrests during the lunch hour on Thursday. The Ottawa Police Department reports a 15 year old Ottawa male was arrested for distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, obstruction, and disorderly conduct. A 16 year old Ottawa male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct. Two Ottawa males, age 17 and 18, were arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
