SCRANTON — Emergency and utility crews were sent to the Scranton Attendance Center early this morning after a report of a natural gas leak. The gas line was shut off prior to 7 a.m., Osage County Sheriff Laurie Dunn. At mid-morning, fire units were asked to bring exhaust fans to pull gas from the building after the gas was turned so repairers could check the line, she said. School continued as normal and there were no disruptions, Santa Fe Trail School Supt. Steve Pegram said. Repairs were underway this morning, he said.
