KINCAID — An 84-year-old Kincaid woman was killed when her pickup rolled over on an Anderson County road just south of K-31 near Kincaid Tuesday afternoon. Leora Ross was driving north on Vermont Road when she lost control of her truck, entered the east ditch, where it overturned, the Kansas Highway Patrol said. She was dead at the scene. She was wearing a seat belt.
