WELLSVILLE — A Wellsville man is in a Kansas City area hospital with what was described as a “serious injury” after he was hit by a train. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department reports that the incident took place around 11:15 last Thursday night in the 4400 block of Texas road. Authorities have not released the man’s identity.
