OTTAWA — Janae McNally will join the staff of the Frontier Extension District as a 4-H youth development extension agent, effective this coming Monday. McNally worked previously as a family and consumer sciences extension agent in Coffey County. She has a bachelor’s degree in family life and community services from Kansas State University. 4-H youth development agents develop and deliver programs aimed at helping youth develop life skills, including a positive self-concept, an inquiring mind, a concern for the community, healthy interpersonal relationships and sound decision making.
