OTTAWA–It appears the way has been cleared for construction to begin on a new Price Chopper Store north of Orscheln’s. At a special City Commission meeting, several measures were approved that will help finance the project, which will total about $10,700,000. One measure will allow the owners to collect a special sales tax that will help defray the cost of the project. The new store is expected to open in the late Spring or Summer of 2015.
