OTTAWA–As things stand now, it would seem a proposed school bond election to upgrade schools in the Ottawa District would have a good chance of passage. During a report at the Ottawa School Board meeting, officials from DLR Architects noted that one survey indicated 100% of people were willing to pay $10 or more per month for better schools.
