OTTAWA — Two men were booked into the Franklin County jail early Saturday morning in connection with a domestic disturbance in the 900 block of North King Street. Jason Wylie,40, Ottawa, booked for suspicion aggravated battery in connection with the beating of a 41-year-old Ottawa woman, Ottawa police said. Joshua Tipton, 32, Topeka, was also booked by Ottawa police for obstruction of the legal process.
