Ottawa–Now that a new industrial park has been opened near Ottawa, the role of the Franklin County Development Council may have to change. At the Ottawa City Commission Study Session, Commissioner Shawn Dickinson expressed doubt that the FCDC can devote equal time to bringing in both large industries and small businesses.
