CARBONDALE — The Osage County Sheriff’s office issued an alert Sunday for who it calls a runaway juvenile. The sheriff’s office is looking for 13-year-old Katie Ann Marie Smith of rural Carbondale. She was last seen between 2:30-4 p.m. Sunday at her home. She is 5-4, weighs 160 pounds, has auburn hair and wears glasses. She could be wearing a blue shirt and black long pants with a blue coat with fur around the hood. She is likely carrying a blue backpack.
