CARBONDALE — An Osage County teen who was reported missing over the weekend was found safe Monday night. Katie Ann Marie Smith, 13, Carbondale; was found in Osage County, Osage County Sheriff Laurie Dunn said. An investigation into her disappearance continues, Dunn said. Dunn didn’t say where or how the girl was found.
